Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center provides physical, occupational, speech and Behavior therapy services in the clinic, school, and teletherapy setting as well as in the home through the Early Intervention Program. We work with children of all ages, from premature infants to young adults. Our therapists work in partnership with families to establish meaningful goals and provide interventions that are developmentally appropriate in a child-friendly environment. Communication with the child, parents, and specialists on the team is the cornerstone of our intervention and treatment philosophies. We have multiple social groups and classes for all ages that meet on a weekly or twice weekly basis. We strive to provide a variety of services for children and their caregivers to serve as a resource for families in the community. These groups include developmental play groups, social skills groups, parent support groups and motor skills groups. Today this group met for a session where parents discussed how having a family and raising children is hard and how it can be even more challenging when you have a child with special needs. That's why this group exists, to support you and build into our amazing community of families. CPTWC is providing a safe and open space for caregivers of children with special needs to meet regularly, process difficulties, share resources, and truly just find "your people."

Parent University is back! 👏🏼

We have Ana, Nathalie, and Jenna joining us in a virtue class where they will discuss how to create structure and routines within the home environment to better help with behaviors and learning valuable life skills.

Tis the season for a Parent Day Out! 😁

Our Outreach team put together this event for our CPTWC families. It will be hosted at our center on Saturday, December 6th from 9:00am-12:00pm.
While you’re out shopping or at home relaxing, we will be with your children playing in the gym, making crafts, eating pizza, watching movies, and more!

The event is open to kids at the center/academy as well as their siblings. The cost is $25 plus $10 for each additional child in a family. Sign up quick, spots will be given to the first 35 children who are signed up.

Parents can email or call the front office to sign up, or sign up at the desk when they are here in person. We are so excited to help you enjoy your Day Out!

The Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center provides physical, occupational, speech, developmental, behavior therapy, and social work services in both the clinic setting, school, and in the home through the Early Intervention Program. We strive to provide a variety of services for children and their caregivers to serve as a resource for all families in the community. Some of the wellness classes include: - Infant Massage - Music Classes - Baby & Mom Yoga classes - Children's Yoga - Developmental play groups - Social Skills Groups - Motor skills Groups - Sports Groups
