We always have questions about when sound baths occur. They’re part of several of our classes including Air, Afternoon Delight and sometimes in our moon classes. We also have a class called Altar on the second and fourth Sundays of the month that incorporate yoga nidra and sound, and the next one just so happens to be this Sunday! Check it out!

ALTAR at 7:00 PM CDT on September 14 offered by Oracle + Alchemy. Our requested Ceremonial Sundays! These will take place on 2nd + 4th Sundays helping us shift from the weekend to the new week ahead.
