A few of my previous students have reached out to me to ask where i have been and where I am currently teaching.
I had a bit of a health emergency and it made for a quick exit from without any notice, which I was sad about. But I had been experiencing some concerning issues and went to the ObGyn and she found a large Polyp on my uterus that needed to be removed ASAP.
It took a while to organize the follow up and pre-opp appointments and I was nervous at what the outcome would be…. But I had to let Annie know, I would be unable to teach until I got this taken care of and then healed.
I had my surgery on Monday! It went great. My recovery will about 6-8 weeks, with extremely limited mobility and no yoga allowed. 😕
I am sore but healing slowly. And although I was extremely sad and miss teaching at Pistachio Yoga, this exciting opportunity found its way to me!!!!
On October 9th I start teaching Pre-school students at St. Mathias for their after school program!!!
I am looking forward to meeting all my new students and bringing the benefits of Yoga to these little knuckleheads! If you know any Pre-School parents of students at St. Mathias, make sure to let them know how lovely I am! 🤪🤣😉
I will take all the healing vibes, good wishes, and happy mojo I can get!!! See you on the mat!
