Discussing rising flu cases with for and ! Discussing newest strain which is highly contagious!

Best way to protect everyone is :
1) Vaccination with flu vaccine
2) Good hygiene - frequently washing hands
3) staying home if you are sick - don’t spread the virus

And don’t forget to get an updated COVID 19 vaccine and an RSV vaccine if eligible!

Happy Chicago Bears Sunday everyone! I know that our city is still celebrating!!!

Just finished newscast with for national news discussing the rapid rise in flu cases! 5 million cases reported in the US just this last month of December with a highly contagious flu mutation!

Best way to protect everyone is :
1) Vaccination with flu vaccine
2) Good hygiene - frequently washing hands
