Yesterday was day 1 of mastermind ai and social media training and wow 🤯🤯🤯 So glad I went and thrilled to learn more today!!

Last month I signed up for a mastermind was hosting. During the course of 3 days he had on two other people. I knew one of them (the amazing ) and he was already on my bucket list to one day meet and hopefully collaborate with. Another person I didn’t know but he had some wise words… Only a couple people know that there was a phrase John said about a year ago that has brewed in my mind… I knew I wanted to meet him.

Then I found out he was coming to Chicago! 🤯 And with him? Those two guests on the mastermind. 🤯🤯

As I drove home tonight with such a full heart, I remembered something from two decades ago I never thought about. When I got the internship at Charlie Trotters, it was because I went outside my comfort zone and made a choice. I earned that spot.

More dots connected. When I do the hard things and do things that feel scary and outside my comfort zone, big things happen. So if you’re scared to make a move, let this be a reminder to do it. 🙏🏻

The wisdom and relationships formed this weekend was truly priceless. Thank you for an incredible event!

In my 40s I started returning to what actually supports the body.

Not more protocols.
Not more restriction.
Not more supplements.

Foundations.

These made the biggest difference for me:

Juicing → nutrients in a form my body can actually use.
Real butter → stable fats, real satiety, hormone support. I use to be afraid to use too much.
Cast iron → less toxin load, more mineral exposure good for my borderline anemia.
Beauty water → external hydration is still hydration and as someone who had terrible skin, I’ve gotten more complements in the last year than ever before.
Unrefined salt → mineral balance, not sodium fear. What a myth to avoid salt. Just like water, not all salt is the same.
Homemade sourdough → digestion, blood sugar, simplicity. I haven’t bought bread in 15 months since making my own.
Molecular hydrogen water → cellular hydration & recovery. The real MVP.

None of these are extreme.

And here’s what changed when I simplified:

Less inflammation
Better energy
Stronger digestion
Faster recovery
Calmer skin
Stable mood

Not because I added more…

Because I finally supported the foundation.

Most people are trying to optimize on top of a system that was never supported to begin with.

That’s why it still feels like you’re “doing everything right” and not getting results.

If you’re rebuilding your health in your 40s from the foundation instead of chasing trends,
follow — this is what I teach here.

Most midlife fatigue isn’t a hormone problem first.
It’s a hydration efficiency problem.

Water drives:
• nutrient transport
• mitochondrial energy production
• joint lubrication
• lymphatic flow

When this is impaired → symptoms appear even when you’re “doing everything right.

If you’re serious about rebuilding your health starting from the foundation, follow for more.
