I use to think 45 was SO old. But now that I’m 45, I feel like I’m just getting started. Life is funny that way.

Here are some life lessons I wish I knew in my 20’s. And even if you’re not in your 20’s, I hope you take something away from this.

My dad had already been defying odds for many years and I truly believe it’s the diet and lifestyle changes he has made.

I’m not here to judge anyone on what treatments they choose is right for them. If you believe that’s right for you, then it is. Our mind is the most powerful factor in all of this.

Frankly, my dad doesn’t have the best mindset, but I think I’ve been slowly influencing him. I’m not a doctor, but it’s fair to say that I care more about his health than his oncologist. So, we’re going to implement some things I’ve learned over these years.
