Dr. Kerry Vaughan is a global surgery advocate, pediatric neurosurgeon, assistant professor of neurosurgery in the Barrow Global Division, Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, USA, and neurosurgery specialist at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC) in Moshi, Tanzania.
