🌿 Struggling with Mental-Health Medication? You’re Not Alone 🌿

A lot of people avoid or stop taking mental-health medication—and it’s not just “laziness.” Fear of side effects, stigma, confusion about how medication works, and even daily life challenges can get in the way.

Did you know? Most medications take weeks to work because your body needs time to adjust. That’s why stopping too soon often doesn’t give the results you hope for.

💚 Dr. Wegierek helps people feel supported and informed every step of the way. She explains how treatments work, talks openly about side effects, and makes sure you feel understood—not judged.

If you’ve been thinking about mental-health medication but feel unsure, don’t wait to get support.

🎃 Halloween Reflections 🎃

Halloween can be one of the most exciting days of the year—a time for creativity, costumes, laughter, and community. For many, it’s a chance to reconnect with the joy and imagination of childhood. Yet, for others, this time of year can bring up difficult emotions. As the festivities fade, the season can also remind us of loss, loneliness, or memories of those who are no longer with us.

In many cultures, Halloween precedes November 1st—All Saints’ Day or the Day of the Dead, a time to honor and remember loved ones who have passed. While this period can be meaningful, it can also stir feelings of grief or sadness that may be challenging to face alone.

If you find this season difficult, please know you are not alone. Support is available, and reaching out for help is a sign of strength. Psychotherapy and medication management can provide comfort, clarity, and healing during emotionally complex times.

Our team is here to listen and help you find balance through compassionate, evidence-based care. Whether you are coping with loss, stress, or emotional challenges, we offer a safe space to talk and heal.

🕯️ Take care of yourself this season—and remember, healing often begins with reaching out.
