I have been home reflecting & integrating for the past three days my Farm to Soul Retreat. 😌

What an amazing piece of property in Vermont to be with such beautiful people doing such powerful, spiritual work! ✨

I feel grateful & blessed to have led this retreat! I can’t wait until our second annual retreat next year!!! 😏

I was having really bad vertigo, so much so that I was feeling nauseous. I grabbed these crystals to help ease the nausea and they TOTALLY helped me to feel more settled. 🌟

My “Farm to Soul” Retreat is just around the corner! (August 13-15th) 🌟

The farm we’ll be staying at has horses, like this beautiful soul pictured here. 🐴

I don’t know about you, but time on a farm with majestic horses is exactly what I’m looking for right about now. Their presence is so loving and nurturing. 🥰

I cannot wait to take a gentle ride through the trails of this 300 acre farm on horseback. And I can’t wait to share that experience with YOU. 🏇🏻
