GVRA may authorize Personal Assistance Services (PAS) for individuals with significant physical disabilities when these supports are needed to help them participate in vocational rehabilitation activities and work toward their employment goals. PAS can be provided when:

✔️ Support is needed only while participating in a primary VR service
✔️ The individual is away from their usual source of assistance
✔️ Only the additional costs related to VR participation are covered
✔️ Comparable benefits have been explored first

PAS is designed to help individuals access training, education, and services that move them closer to integrated, competitive employment.
