🧘‍♀️ Tonight’s Schedule Update & New Home Offical Address

Hi everyone! Just a quick heads-up that our 6:00 PM Vinyasa Flow for tonight is cancelled. We truly appreciate your understanding as we settle into our new rhythm!

In case you haven't seen yet, our official home address is now:

Our Cozy Space & Class Capacity

Now that we have moved into this cozy new home, our class capacity is a strict limit of 10 students. This allows for a more personal, semi-private experience for everyone on the mat. To help us manage this intimate setting:

1. Please Book Ahead: We require booking your spot at least 90 minutes before class starts.

2. The 90-Minute Rule: If we have 0–1 online registrations 90 minutes before a session, we unfortunately have to cancel that class. We never like to cancel if we can help it, so booking early is the best way to help us keep the studio ready for you!

🔔 As we continue to settle into our new home, policies and procedures are subject to change. We will notify our students and members of any updates as soon as possible.

- Shoes & Belongings: Please remove your shoes immediately upon entry and place them, along with your other belongings, in the provided cubbies.

- Digital Detox: Please silence or turn off all electronic devices before entering the studio.

- Mat Rentals: Complimentary for our Unlimited Members ($5 for drop-ins).

Hey ya'll. It's DeeDee. I’m putzing around the new studio for a couple of hours and would love to invite you to visit me in the new space! We are typically only open during class times or by appointment, so it's a perfect time to drop in and say hello.
