Proper training + recovery = well rounded athlete 🏈🏋🏼‍♂️🏀🤼‍♂️

We LOVE seeing young athletes staying active across multiple sports. It builds strength in different movement patterns, improves coordination, and can even help reduce the risk of overuse injuries long-term.

BUT…
All that competing, practicing, and switching seasons can also add up → fatigue, soreness, and those “nagging” tight spots that don’t fully go away.

❕That’s where recovery matters just as much as training❕

Our team uses tools like cupping, dry needling, and myofascial work to help you stay at your best 😉
In this case, we used cupping therapy to help improve blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and get this athlete feeling better between events 🔄

🌱 Mulching
🍂 Raking
🪴 Planting
🧱 Moving bags of soil

…your body might need a little warm-up first!

Quick tips to save your back:
✔️ Bend at the hips and knees (not your back)
✔️ Switch sides often when raking or shoveling
✔️ Take breaks — yard work is a workout
