Proper training + recovery = well rounded athlete 🏈🏋🏼♂️🏀🤼♂️
We LOVE seeing young athletes staying active across multiple sports. It builds strength in different movement patterns, improves coordination, and can even help reduce the risk of overuse injuries long-term.
BUT…
All that competing, practicing, and switching seasons can also add up → fatigue, soreness, and those “nagging” tight spots that don’t fully go away.
