Looking for small ways to make a big impact on your mental health in the new year? Here are some of our ideas.... Share yours below!

Unfollow: Take a moment to unfollow any social media account that makes you feel less than your worth. Curate your accounts to make them what you need, whether it's to increase self esteem, stay more connected, or simply have some joy!

Practice Gratitude: Start every morning by listing 5 things you are grateful for, and WHY you are grateful for them. After a few days, notice how you experience the world a little differently through a lens of abundance.
*
Help: Each day, choose to help one person. It can be small, or big, but INTENTIONALLY offer help. This can be opening a door for someone, sharing a compliment, helping them move, sharing a meal.... Really, it can be anything!

Looking to make a big difference in our local community? We are growing and want you to join us!

🌟 Board Member- quarterly meetings to overseer Tula's governance. Two positions available!
🌟 Child Therapist- starting out as part time work, we are looking for someone knowledgeable and passionate about child development to join our clinical team!
🌟 Pediatric OT- We are seeking an OT to contract with! As an integrative mental health group, we are seeking an OT to help the children we work with reach their goals.
🌟 Medical Biller- It's in the name! We are looking to partner with a medical biller to ensure our services are available to as many folks as we can, while complying with all applicable laws and insurance requirements.
