🌿Massage doesn’t have to be painful or forceful.

A lot of the work I do isn’t about pushing through muscle. In fact, it’s often not about the muscle at all.

It’s about working with fascia; the connective tissue that holds trauma, stress, injury, and longheld patterns in the body.

Fascia is incredibly strong and durable, capable of withstanding up to 2,000 pounds of pressure per square inch.

So more force doesn’t create better results. It usually just reinforces the body’s natural guarding response.

Fascia responds to slow, sustained work. To patience.
To actually listening to the body.

A little patience can go a long way and create lasting change.

More than exploring this is a time for me to spend with my family and will have very limited if any connection at all.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience this may cause however, safety is of the upmost importance to me and unfortunately there is no street plowing up where I live for several miles.
