WHY I CHOSE THIS PATH
People sometimes ask: "How did you end up doing this?"
The short answer: I got done with my undergraduate degree at UCLA....my mom had used acupuncture for my brother who had an inflammatory bowel disease, and I thought hey, acupuncture sounds good! That was it in a nutshell, but in all seriousness, the real answer is deeper than that.
I chose this work because I thought that there was no way for there to be peace in the world, for people to care about other people, about the earth, about plants and animals if they weren't even connected to and peaceful and at peace in their own bodies. That to treat individual, to affect greater health, comfort, joy and peace in their own life on a daily basis wold create a meaningful avenue for them to connect to a healthy community, environment and world.
Every day, I get to witness people remember what it feels like to be well. To sleep. To move without pain. To feel like themselves again.
That never gets old.
If you've been searching for someone who actually listens, who cares about the root cause, who won't rush you through an appointment—you found me.

Your wrists ache when you type. Your elbows throb after lifting anything. Your ankles feel 80 years old.

And winter? Winter makes it all worse.

Cold weather has a way of exposing every joint that's been quietly struggling. What was manageable in summer becomes unbearable when the temperature drops.
You might be dealing with:

● Wrist pain from repetitive strain or old injuries
● Elbow tendonitis that won't quit
● Ankle instability or chronic swelling
● Finger joints that feel stiff and painful (especially in the morning)
● Hip or shoulder pain that limits your movement

In Chinese Medicine, joints are where Qi and Blood can get stuck—and when circulation is compromised (which happens more in cold weather), pain flares.
Here's the thing about winter: it's actually the BEST time to treat joint pain. When we address these issues during the cold months, we're setting your body up to feel incredible come spring.

We work by:

● Improving circulation to inflamed joints
● Reducing pain and swelling
● Restoring range of motion
● Addressing the root imbalance (not just numbing the pain)

Don't wait until spring to start feeling better. Let's handle this now.

That constant ringing, buzzing, or whooshing in your ears? It's not just annoying. It's maddening.

Tinnitus can make it hard to concentrate, hard to sleep, hard to feel at peace in your own head.

In Chinese Medicine, the ears are governed by the Kidney system—which makes winter (Kidney season) the time when ear issues often flare up or worsen.

Tinnitus can show up as:

● High-pitched ringing
● Low humming or buzzing
● Clicking or pulsing sounds
● Fullness or pressure in the ears
● Hearing loss or muffled sound We treat tinnitus by:
● Nourishing the Kidney system (which "opens to the ears")
● Improving circulation to the inner ear
● Clearing any inflammation or stagnation
● Calming the nervous system (stress makes it worse)

Does it work for everyone? No. But we've seen significant improvement in many patients—especially when tinnitus is related to stress, depletion, or circulation issues.
If the ringing is stealing your peace, let's see what we can do.

Every step hurts. And you're starting to wonder if this is just your life now.

Plantar fasciitis that makes mornings excruciating. Bone spurs that stab with every step. Old injuries that never quite healed. Nerve pain that shoots and tingles unpredictably.

Your feet are literally your foundation—and when they're compromised, everything else suffers.

You've probably tried: orthotics, physical therapy, rest, ice, stretching routines, new shoes. Maybe some of it helped temporarily. But you're still limping through your day.

Here's what's different with acupuncture:

We don't just treat your feet. We treat the systems that support your feet—circulation, inflammation, nerve function, and the structural integrity of tendons and fascia.

In Chinese Medicine, foot pain (especially in winter) often points to Kidney and Bladder meridian imbalances. When we address the root, the pain shifts.
Most people notice improvement within the first few sessions.

Living with a neurological condition feels like your body stopped taking orders from your brain.

Tremors you can't control. Balance that's gone shaky. Numbness that creeps further every month. Fatigue so deep you can barely get through the day.

Whether it's Parkinson's, MS, neuropathy, stroke recovery, TBI, or migraines that won't quit—you're not just managing symptoms. You're grieving the person you used to be.

Here's what we know: acupuncture can't cure neurological disease. But it can support your body's ability to function better, hurt less, and move with more ease.

We've seen improvements in:

● Motor control and coordination
● Pain and nerve sensitivity
● Energy levels and stamina
● Balance and stability
● Cognitive function and mental clarity

It's not a miracle. It's medicine that works with your body's capacity to heal and adapt. You don't have to do this alone.
