The Warrior poses are more than shapes — they are symbols of strength, focus, and balance rooted in the myth of Virabhadra.
In this workshop, we’ll break down Warrior I, II, and III from the ground up, exploring alignment, intention, and mindful movement. Each pose will be deconstructed, rebuilt step-by-step with hands-on guidance, then woven into a flowing sequence to embody strength and ease.
We’ll close with a guided Shavasana meditation for deep integration and rest.
