Explore meditation techniques, gain insight, attune your intuitive mind, access your inner silence…

This mini-retreat is designed for all meditators, with or without experience, and is appropriate for anyone wishing to deepen their own meditation practice, learn new techniques or practice with a group.  There will be a combination of techniques, taught and a study of Buddhist philosophy. This course is modeled after the Vipassana 10-day silent meditation retreat and will give beginners a solid foundation upon which to build a sustainable self-practice. 

Jan 1-10, 6-7am*

Did you know the philosophy of Reiki is rooted in five guiding principles?

Many of us fall into patterns of worry, anger, or self-judgment, forgetting to slow down, breathe, and care for what we truly need. These emotional habits can block the natural flow of Ki (our life energy) within us, affecting how we feel both physically and emotionally.

Every thought, word, and action we take influences the movement of our Ki.

✨ The 5 Principles of Reiki:

Just for today, I will not worry.
Just for today, I will not anger.
Just for today, I will be grateful.
Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.

Use these as daily affirmations to bring peace, clarity, and flow into your life.
