Falls aren’t bad luck, they’re preventable. ⚖️

Most people think balance just “goes” with age, but that’s not true.

Balance fades when strength and coordination do. And both can be rebuilt.

Here’s where to start:
✔ Practice standing on one leg while brushing your teeth or waiting for coffee to brew.
✔ Strengthen your hips and core with bridges, bird dogs, or side steps.
✔ Train your legs with controlled step-ups and sit-to-stands from a chair.
✔ Move in new directions. Sideways and rotational moves train real-world balance.

Here’s the truth: muscle is your body’s built-in engine.

Dan Hutfless didn’t have a plan. He didn’t have a checklist. But he had a moment.

Driving past Whole Body Fitness, he thought:
