📢 TOMORROW! 📢

When Holiday Visits Reveal New Care Needs: What Families Can Do Next.

During holiday visits, families often notice changes or new behaviors in their loved ones, from changes in memory or mobility to concerns about safety, isolation, or daily functioning. This event will guide families on what to do next - how to talk with loved ones about accepting help, recognize when it’s time to bring in outside support, and navigate disagreements among family members about care decisions. You will also learn how to access local resources and create a proactive plan to navigate your caregiving journey.
