✨Bringing your own fuel is encouraged but not required. We will continue dancing until Freebird’s fuel supply runs out ✨

Students are welcome to bring their medicine onto their mat and into their practice in a mindful, respectful way. This isn’t about escape. It’s about presence. Heightened awareness. Deeper listening. A softer nervous system.

Chelsea Smith () will guide a 60-minute yin practice designed to help you land and stay. We’ll move into a sound bath to integrate and expand the experience, and close with a cozy snack-luck. Bring something simple to share. Easy is perfect.

✨✨Yin Yoga Burn returns this Saturday
Feb. 28th • 6–8pm

Chelsea () will lead a 60-minute yin practice designed to generate steady internal heat through intentional pacing and long, focused holds. The work is deep, grounding, and quietly powerful.

🌈The evening continues with a 30-minute sound bath, creating space to integrate, reset, and settle the nervous system.

The night closes with a community snack luck… time to connect, unwind, and enjoy the afterglow together.

💛Yin Yoga Burn offers release, depth, and a strong sense of community. Students often leave feeling clear, centered, and recharged.

Fire Flow Alchemy with is happening Saturday, Feb 21 from 6:00–7:30pm at Freebird ✨

This isn’t a performance.
It’s practice.
It’s refinement.

Bring your own tools if you have them 🌀 Some shared props and a limited amount of fuel will be available. Bringing your own fuel is encouraged (but not required). We’ll keep flowing as long as supply allows 🔥

We begin with a mandatory safety meeting 🧯 If you miss it, you won’t be cleared to enter the fire circle. Safety isn’t optional.

We have a new Kids Aerial class hitting the schedule next week! ☀️🤸‍♂️🎉 Join Miss Sage on Mondays at 4pm 💕

Let your kids take flight and have a blast in this fun and imaginative Kids Aerial Hammock class! Designed for ages 6–13, this playful class introduces young movers to the basics of aerial hammock through swinging, spinning, climbing, and beginner-friendly poses in the air

With a strong emphasis on creativity, play, and exploration, kids will build strength, coordination, and confidence while developing body awareness—all in a safe and supportive environment. Whether they’re flipping upside down or creating shapes in the fabric, each class is filled with movement, laughter, and discovery.

Leggings are recommended for comfort and safety. No experience necessary—just bring water and a sense of adventure! 💪
