I want to take a moment to express the importance of taking care of yourself. Especially as women, we tend to forget how to flow some of that love we feel for our families and friends inward as well.
In doing that, we begin to feel drained and we lose our sense of joy.
That was me a little over two years ago.
Existing. Lost in a feeling of lack. Resentment. Robotic living, wondering “Where did Christa go?”
And then, I found some amazing ways to feel good again, and made an effort to begin investing my time, energy, and resources into me for the first time in decades! I found the things that worked!
This program I’m offering to you is a result of all that I have learned and experienced as true healing and fast joy!
