Creative Ways to Reward Employees

Erica Bosque is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in social work and mental health. She is dedicated to empowering her clients as they navigate their journeys of self-discovery and community connection. Erica's passion for learning is evident in her impressive credentials, which include a Doctor of Education Degree, Master's in Social Work, a Pupil Personnel Services Credential, and certifications as a Birth & Postpartum Doula from DONA International and a California Power Yoga Instructor. She is the founder of Portola Gardens, an assisted living community in San Francisco.

Alongside her sister, Veronica, she will be teaching "Caring for the Care Team: Provider Self-Care, Integrated Care, and Medicare/Medi-Cal Billing for Older Adults (65+)." We spend so much time caring for others, it's important to learn how to care for ourselves and our team as well!
