Halloween is all about fun, creative costumes, and maybe a few extra sweets — and that’s okay! 🍫 Balance and mindfulness are the real treats.

✨ A few tips to enjoy the night:
• Eat a balanced meal before the festivities — it helps curb the candy rush.
• Savor your favorite treats (no guilt, just be picky with what you enjoy and balance!).
• Keep water on hand and walk for fun while trick-or-treating.
