🏈🎉 What a Great Time at Our Super Bowl Watch Party! 🎉🏈

Sunday at Chicopee Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, our residents gathered together for an exciting Super Bowl Watch Party — and what a fun time it was! 💙

From delicious snacks and festive decorations to cheering on favorite teams and enjoying great company, laughter filled the room as everyone watched the game together. 🥳🍿 Whether tossing around friendly predictions, reminiscing about classic plays, or just enjoying each other’s company, the spirit of togetherness made the day extra special.

A huge THANK YOU to our wonderful staff for helping make the event so enjoyable and to our residents for bringing all the energy and smiles. Moments like these remind us that community, connection, and joy are what make Chicopee RNC such a special place. 💛

Preventing Falls and Improving Balance:
Tips and Tricks from our Physical Therapists

A balanced beam offers a safe, controlled way to improve balance, coordination, and confidence, which are critical for healthy aging.

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults, and balance-focused therapy directly addresses that risk.

By practicing stepping, weight shifting, and controlled movement on a beam low to ground and with a physical therapist, seniors can strengthen stabilizing muscles and sharpen proprioception in a way that feels practical and relevant to daily life.
