Our residents had a blast playing balloon volleyball! 🎈🏐

There was lots of laughter, friendly competition, and great teamwork all around. Activities like this aren’t just fun—they also help improve coordination and overall physical health, while boosting mood and encouraging social connection.

It’s always wonderful to see everyone staying active, engaged, and smiling. Another great day full of movement and memories! 💜

What a beautiful day to enjoy lunch by the water! ☀️🌊

Our residents had a wonderful time on today’s outing to the The Boathouse, soaking in the sunshine, fresh air, and great company. The views were relaxing, the laughter was contagious, and the lunch was absolutely delicious!

Moments like these are what it’s all about—getting out, enjoying the beautiful weather, and making meaningful memories together. 💜

This month’s cooking demonstration was a delicious summer smorgasbord! ☀️🍓

Chef Jena and Ashley from associated home care wowed everyone with both savory and sweet crescent roll pizzas — one topped with cream cheese and fresh veggies, and another layered with fruit dip and berries. Jena also whipped up lemon and strawberry flavored puppy chow for an extra sweet treat!

Everything was absolutely adored by our residents. Another fun (and tasty!) cooking demonstration in the books! 👩‍🍳💛

Baby goats from Cloverbrook Farm came to visit our residents for some pets and snuggles!

These little cuties brought so much laughter, smiles, and pure happiness to everyone. Some of the baby goats were as young as just THREE days old, making the experience even more special and heart-melting! 🐐💛

We’ve had an exciting week out in the community sharing information and resources at two different tabling events! 🎉

The Arbors attended both the Chicopee Business Expo and the Senior Living Options Fair at the South Hadley Senior Center. Both events were wonderful opportunities to connect with so many amazing people, share information, and be part of such supportive local networks.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us—we always appreciate the conversations and the chance to be a resource in our community. Looking forward to many more events like these! 😊

Today we had the honor of bringing lunch to the Chicopee Fire Department as a small token of our appreciation. 🚒
