Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Valley Health Care Center offers Short Term Rehabilitation, Long Term Care, Memory Care Unit, Assisted Living, Respite Care, and Hospice Care.

Short Term Rehabilitation: Offers medical and physical rehabilitation for those in need of additional care and support following an illness or recovering from Orthopedic Surgery, Stroke, Oncology Care, Cardiac Care, General Surgery, and other Diagnoses. Long Term Care: Maintaining the dignity and equality of life of our residents is our main focus in providing long-term care services. We are committed to treating every resident with respect and caring for their every need through: 24 hour nursing care, onsite physician care, nutritional monitoring and planning, medical management, personal care assistance, meaningful activities, special care for Alzheimer's or other related Dementia, Palliative and Hospice Care services. Memory Care Unit: We are pleased to offer a specialized unit for residents with Alzheimer's and other related dementia. This 60 bed unit is equipped with alarms for security. Assisted Living: We strive to provide the highest quality of care while still maintaining and nurturing an active and independent lifestyle for residents. We offer services for those ambulatory residents requiring some assistance with health and daily activities to include bathing, dressing, and medication monitoring. We provide a secure,environment responsive to individual's personal care needs as well as the universal need for dignity, privacy, and respect. Respite Care: This wonderful service is for those who care for family members at home. Whether you are taking a vacation, away for the holidays, or just in need of some time off, Valley will give you the peace of mind that your loved one is receiving the best of care. Services include: 24 hour monitoring, medication management, assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing), rehabilitative services, religious services, and special care for people living with Alzheimer's. Hospice Care: We offer Hospice care of those resident's in need of end of life care. A Plan of Care is initiated by the Hospice organization and integrated with Valley staff. Hospice nurses, social workers, aides, and physicians visit the patient at Valley. Bereavement services are offered as well.

Valley HealthCare's Summit Unit, celebrated Christmas today! Our residents received several gifts and many smiles! This was only possible with our community's help! We had several businesses and community members donate to our residents.
