We’re thrilled to announce that HD Skincare Solutions has secured a brand-new location right here in Chilhowie! While we’re waiting to take possession of the space, we’re planning to officially reopen by November 6th.

👐 Massage Maintenance: How Often Should You Come Back? 🗓️

One of the most common questions I get is:

“After I get a great massage and feel better, how often should I come back to keep feeling this way?”

Here’s my answer:
Every 4–6 weeks is a great routine for most people.

Why? Because massage is not just about fixing a problem — it’s about maintaining wellness, preventing flare-ups, and supporting your body before tension builds up again.

💡 I always tell clients:
If you come in for your session and you still feel good beforehand, that’s actually a great sign! It means your body is responding well to the treatment plan. You’re not regressing into pain, tightness, or chronic soreness — and that’s the goal.

Massage is most powerful when it becomes part of your regular care — not just a reaction to discomfort.
Think of it like dental cleanings or oil changes. Routine care helps avoid bigger problems down the line.

Don’t wait until you’re hurting. Stay ahead of the pain.
