With 30 years of extensive experience helping adults navigate life challenges, Mindy is ready to tailor your session to meet your needs with an open, warm, and friendly approach. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and aging. Therapeutically, she offers an integrative approach using modalities such as CBT, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, ACT, EMDR, psychoanalytical and humanistic therapy, person-centered, solution-focused, somatic approaches and relaxation techniques. Our team had the honor of attending a special screening for the movie “Without Her”!

This film tells a story from the perspective of a dog whose owner faces the trauma of leaving an abusive relationship. Despite those around the owner telling her to leave the dog behind, she fights to keep them both safe.

We were deeply touched by this film based on a true story and reminded of those in our community who are trying to help those in need when facing trauma and domestic violence 💜
