Meet the Staff! Dr. Gonczy joined the Diles Hearing Center team in 2011 and became owner of the practices in 2014. Her favorite part of her job is helping her patients communicate with their loved ones more easily. Dr. Gonczy originally began her career focused on diagnostic audiology with an emphasis on dizziness and balance, but quickly learned that she wanted to build relationships with her patients and care for them for years to come, which led her to private practice. When she, is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. They love camping, attending sporting events, and cooking together!

Meet the Staff! Shannon joined our team in 2021 as the Patient Care Coordinator in our Athens, Ohio, location. Shannon's favorite part of her job is welcoming patients into the office and building relationships with them. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. They keep her busy with sports and extracurricular activities!

Christy joined the team in 2022. She is the Patient Care Coordinator in our Chillicothe location. Christy’s favorite part of her job is working with an organization that prioritizes patient care. She enjoys spending her spare time with her son and watching him coach and play football and baseball.
