Funny how people still scream “heart disease” every time they see this… meanwhile cholesterol is literally a precursor to testosterone.

You enjoyed Thanksgiving. Good.

That’s what the day is for.

Now take that food and use it as FUEL — not as a reason to punish yourself on a treadmill.

You don’t need to grind out extra cardio or try to “burn off” yesterday.

That mentality does nothing but jack up your stress, wreck your mindset, and get you hurt.

Your relationship with exercise matters just as much as your relationship with food.

If you feel like you have to outrun a plate of stuffing… that’s not discipline — that’s a red flag.
