When I first stepped into aerial teacher training, I thought I was signing up to learn some cool moves in the air.

What I didn’t expect was the transformation—in my body, my confidence, and the way I hold space for others.

This practice has cracked me open in the best way possible. It’s helped my students find strength they didn’t know they had… and softness where they thought they had to stay hard.

Aerial isn’t just a workout—it’s a way back to yourself.
It’s trust.
It’s play.
It’s release.

That’s why I’ve made it a core part of the True North Retreat at Geode Nature Dome.
