Have you ever experienced breathwork?

So many of us are living in a constant state of “go.” Our minds are racing, our bodies are tense, and without realizing it we stay stuck in fight-or-flight mode. Over time, that stress gets stored in the body.

Your breath is one of the most powerful ways to reset.

Through intentional breath and meditation, the body can begin to release stored cortisol and shift the nervous system back into a place of calm. When we allow ourselves to pause, connect, and breathe deeply, we create space for clarity, balance, and the ability to truly show up for our lives.

I’ll be guiding a breathwork experience at Exhale: A Day of Respite on April 18 in Chillicothe. It will be a beautiful opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and give your body the reset it deserves.

In the beginning a friend asked me. "How are you gonna make money?" I looked at her and said, "I didn't really think about that."

I didn't have a business plan, I have a business degree and that's all I thought I needed.

My ROI? My life has meaning. I invest in people and my reward is those relationships.

Building a soul-led venture means trading a spreadsheet for a legacy, where the truest profit is measured in the lives you touch.
