Welcome to another Mindful Monday during Mental Health Awareness Month😌

Negative talk 🗣️🙇🏼‍♀️ about ourselves is easy to do. Sometimes we don’t even realize we do it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
“ I’m so stupid”,
“I’m not good enough to play pickle ball”,
or “I look awful in any swimsuit “.
Negative talk and thoughts, even if it’s only in our heads or just towards ourselves, is still negative energy. 😔
Give yourself a little grace and forgiveness. Be more mindful of the positive things in your life and show yourself the much deserving self-love❤️ .

I am excited and grateful to be able to hold space for this event before the closing of Nature's Hamsa. I recently connected with Junia Patrick and have been privileged to work with her on my Reiki journey!

I hope to see and share space and energy with all other Reiki practitioners out there during this event.

Next Wednesday May, 17th we will hold our last Moon Circle here at Nature’s Hamsa.

I am very grateful to include most all of the previous Goddess Guides who have led a Moon Circle here over the years. We each will do an offering for this circle.

I hope to see many familiar faces here as we close this chapter together!
