Cleaning out my stuff and I found the cards from the first workshop I ever taught… written by some of the most important people in my life. 🥹🥲💓

If that version of me knew where things would go from there, he wouldn’t believe it.

Some of these people still regularly fill my property with love. Others, I patiently wait to return.
In the meantime, I've been so fortunate enough to learn, grow, and share more than I ever imagined.

My Alan Watts collection keeps shrinking because I keep giving the books away to people who need them. 😭
If you or someone you know has an extensive Alan Watts library, feel free to put on a ski mask, rappel from their ceiling, and “liberate” a few copies for me.

My students don't know the only reason I was wearing green pants is because my black pants had exploded earlier.

And the only reason I have an adidas track suit jacket is because I dressed up as at the concert.

And I don't know why I menacingly stared directly into the camera recording class.

Just finished recording my new series to be released after Thanksgiving
and my evergreen pre-talk for clients. Off to editing.

While I'm proud of my website and content, the "behind the scenes" is far less prestigious looking.
And yet, quite a useful thrift store filing cabinet, $30 goodwill color laser printer, and cardboard from our Hypnoween sign used to cover light coming in from the window.

do seminars in person every month,
and do presentations at the 2 biggest hypnosis conferences
and the 2 biggest pop culture conventions every year.

I’m honored to share that my presentation has once again been selected for HypnoThoughts Live 2026. The largest hypnosis conference in the world.

What began as an investigative journalism deep dive turned into one of the most eye-opening journeys of my career, revealing far more about how to truly help people than I ever imagined.

The feedback and praise from last year’s attendees were overwhelming, and this time, I’ve been given twice the stage time, which means we’ll be diving even deeper into what’s really going on beneath the surface.
