For our last Wellness Wednesday of January, we are focused on practicing mindfulness to reclaim our mental health after the holidays. Meditation and deep breathing exercises can help reduce stress and improve emotion regulation.

It is normal to feel a mix of emotions, and deep breathing exercises can help ground you and reduce stress. If you or someone you know needs help with their mental health, Canyon Ridge provides confidential level-of-care assessments.
