Today is Stress Awareness Day. We know life can get busy, but taking time to care for your mental health is a necessity. A little self-care goes a long way!

Use today as a reminder to check in with yourself and others.

As the clocks fall back and daylight slips away earlier each evening, it is common to feel a shift in mood. Shorter days and less sunlight can affect our body's rhythm and mental health.

The darker months can be tough, but they are also a reminder to slow down, rest and connect. You are not alone in this season.
