Her healthcare journey began in a Skilled Nursing Facility as a housekeeper, a testament to her deep, hands-on understanding of the care environment and the many roles that support patient recovery.

The best part of Dinah’s job is connecting with people and ensuring patients are able to return home with their quality of life restored—a mission she’s passionate about every day.

Nicole has been in the healthcare industry for 11 years, but her very first job was a bit different—she started out as a lifeguard at Pharaoh’s Lost Kingdom! That early experience caring for others helped shape the compassionate leader she is today.

💡 What She Loves Most About Her Job:
Educating and supporting our nursing team, as well as building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, is what truly fulfills Nicole each day.
