We hope that you folks are doing well considering these
challenging times we live in.

We just wanted to give you some reminders to keep in mind before
this year ends:
- Please Make Sure to Use Your Insurance Benefits Before They Expire.
The end of the Year is fast approaching-fact! Many have not used their yearly vision insurance benefits- another fact!

Are you among those that have unused vision insurance benefits lying
on the table?

Did you know that most vision insurance benefits expire at the end of the year(usually December 31st)?

Failing to use your benefits is like leaving money on the table and walking away.

This is such a shame because you worked hard to pay for them. Unfortunately, the reality is that many people will not take advantage of their hard earned benefits. Don’t be one of them.

Good afternoon,
Once more, we’re very grateful for the patience displayed by you in waiting for us to open again during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Well, we have some good news: we’ll start seeing patients again this coming Monday, June first.

Please give us a call to set up an appointment. As you can imagine there is a backlog of patients who need to be seen. We’ll do our very best to schedule you for an eye exam as soon as we’re able to.

Dear current and future patients, I hope that this message finds both you and your family well, especially considering the circumstances we’re currently under.

We’re waiting for the WalMart Headquarters to release their plan to reopen the Vision Center for normal business hours. As you know, new protocol must be followed due to Covid-19.

The health and safety of our patients, staff and doctor are very important to us, so you can be assured that we’ll make sure that your visit with us will be both pleasant and safe.

Because more time will be needed to screen patients and properly disinfect the exam rooms, we would like you to come in at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

The affects of SARS-Cov-2, the virus which causes Covid-19, are fairly new to us and scientists make adjustments to their interpretation of the data, on a daily basis.

We’ll keep you posted on the date when we’ll reopen. For those who would like to, call the vision center at 850-638-3214, and leave your name and phone number so we can contact you to set up an appointment.

Just a reminder, doctor Hilversum is provider for the following vision insurances: out-of-network VSP, Spectera, Davis Vision, NVA, Physician’s Eyecare Plan, Avesis, Superior Vision and in the near future Argus.
