Today, I want to share a little more of my heart.
I come from Native American and Italian roots, two lineages rich with history, resilience, and a deep respect for the earth. Nature is woven into who I am, and I carry that love as a lifelong passion.
Community is where my heart lives. That’s why we opened our apothecary here in our small town of Chipley, Florida to serve, to heal, and to give back in meaningful ways.
I was raised Christian, and passing faith down to my children is one of the greatest gifts I can offer. But I believe this deeply: you are what you’re made of. You can pray and attend church, but kindness and a pure heart are choices you make every day.
The world moves fast, and at times it can be harsh. So slow down. Find your calling. Live one day at a time. Make good choices. Help your neighbors. Treat your loved ones with grace, especially on the days when it’s the hardest. Ask questions instead of assuming. Choose understanding over gossip.
Above all, love yourself and do something meaningful with the life you’ve been given.
