My dad captured this photo today of my son and youngest brother's headstone. He captioned it with how Alec, left us two years ago tragically in an accident.

After Alec passed I asked him to show me a black butterfly as a sign. For a couple of weeks there were black butterflies all over my deck. That is where I got the name for my business. Representing rebirth, renew, recreation, etc.

It was the greatest pain our family experienced, to lose such an amazing and selfless person, and giant piece of ourselves that day. The ache throbs just as hard as the thoughts of him flood our minds. Memories we shared, what if's, would he be married, have kids, etc.

Great pain represents the great love we all share for each other. It also represents the bond and great strength we have found in ourselves to overcome this gigantic heaviness that lies inside all of us.

I know Alec is still with us and he is so proud of everyone. He will be one of the first faces I see when my time comes and that itself will be heavenly and beautiful.

I'm thankful for this life, this family, and for all the love. Thank you for all of your support, today, and always.

In case anyone is wondering my success rate right now for hypnotherapy is around 70% out of my first 10 clients that I've been able to get feedback from.

I always follow up with my clients to make sure they are doing well and I utilize every opportunity and tool I have to see my clients succeed or achieve some form of result closer to their goal. I always encourage my clients to reach out to me if they need anything.

My goal is to get a higher success rate as I continue on with this journey in helping others.

This research is in the two months I have been taking clients. I will keep updating my success rate as I get more feedback.

This one is for you, the person who is having a hard time. Who is feeling that pain flowing through your body even though you wish so bad it would go away. I know you want to feel better. I want you to realize this pain is temporary. It may come and go for the rest of your life. There will be days that are better or worse than you can imagine. It's ok to feel the way you do. It's ok to cry. Stay brave. I'm rooting for you. 🖤
