Today we were so blessed to welcome a wonderful 2nd grade class from Crestview Academy! The students shared their sweet voices as they sang songs for our residents 🎶 , then spent time reading books with their resident buddies 📖 , and coloring side by side 🖍️.

Moments like these are truly priceless. The joy, smiles, and connection between generations filled our home in the best way. Our residents absolutely loved every minute—they truly made our day! ✨

Please join us in celebrating our Shining Star of the Month, Roberta Diesterhaft!🤩

Roberta joined the Lake Hallie Memory Care team about five months ago and has been a wonderful addition to our Environmental Services team. She is hardworking, kind, and always has a smile on her face. Roberta is quick to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed, and her positive attitude makes a difference each day for both residents and staff.

When asked why she enjoys working at LHMC, Roberta shared, “Every day brings something new and fun, rather than a mundane routine.”

Outside of work, Roberta enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends—whether that’s camping, gardening, or cooking delicious meals. She also loves listening to music, getting creative with crafts, and playing fetch with her dog, Miley. 🐶

Thank you, Roberta, for all of your hard work and the joy you bring to our community. We appreciate you! 😀👏

Happy Easter! 🐣

Our residents tried a new egg coloring technique this year: add food coloring + rice in a Ziploc bag, then add your hard boiled egg, and shake it around until it looks how you want it! 🤩

They turned out beautiful and it got us moving too! 💪
