I just did some quick calculations and in the past 7 years, I have given over 4,800 massages and have 23 clients from 2017 who still come to see me on a regular basis.

I cannot express how grateful I am to all the people who have trusted me to care for them.

It's been an exciting couple of days at the Northwestern Health Sciences University Massage Therapy Symposium. I've learned a lot of good tidbits about Thai Massage and Reflexology and look forward to bringing my new knowledge home to my clients.

Weight management is always a tricky beast. Between the holidays and my fluctuating hormones, lately I've been pretty frustrated with myself and my body.
