This Weeks Feature Presentation:
Nick Cernohous with Keller Williams
I thoroughly enjoy working with people. My greatest excitement comes when I can connect people to
one another to solve their need, situation, challenge, or want. I have been fulfilling my passion in
multiple industries and continue to grow my own knowledge through personal experience and
mentorship. There is a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt on my bathroom mirror that I look at every day,
“Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.” The ideas that I
have been discussing and implementing are currently disrupting multiple industries because of the
radical business model created six years ago.
My professional life has transformed over the last two and a half decades in multiple industries. I am
therefore able to understand people in a very dynamic way. I am proud to say that by maintaining a
magnanimous persona in all business ventures I undertake, I am able to see the positive in people and
business.
Industry and business are created and flourish by the people that are involved. Surround yourself with
good people; you will have a good business or industry. Surround yourself by great people, and expect
to work in and with a great company and team. It is your decision of how you see yourself, and that
personal image is how others will see you. I find I am most joyful when I am smiling often, laughing out
loud, and sharing ideas altruistically with others. It is an exciting time to be alive!
Always keep your mind open, judge no one, and follow your bliss. There are changes occurring all
around you. Are you aware? Staying connected to everybody you meet is pertinent. Get the
information. There is a disruptive business model that is being utilized by people with an
entrepreneurial mindset, people open to new concepts, and that see the possible new revenue streams
that were never available before for their business. Massive change is occurring at a faster rate than
ever. Are you taking action and being part of it, or are you watching it go by? “Stay thirsty my friends”,
