LTC Rx is an independent, locally owned pharmacy. We offer quality service with a variety of packag We are a locally owned and operated, closed door pharmacy.

The area we provide service for is primarily western Wisconsin. We offer the following different medication packaging types:
- Multidose strip packaging
- Blister cards
- Dispill

We have many options to cater to your facility's specific needs including Medication Administration Records (MAR'S), Physician Order Forms, Deliveries, Vaccines and Certified CBRF Classes. Our team here at LTC Rx provides reliable, quality service for facilities and their residents.

Currently we are experiencing technical difficulties (Monday 3/16/26) due to the wide spread internet outage.

Unfortunately we are unable to receive or send any phone calls, faxes, or emails along with not being able to process any prescriptions.

Due to this issue we will be sending some of our staff home and will have our delivery drivers leave shortly, instead of 3pm as anticipated.
