Congratulations to Joey, our November 2025 Employee of the Month! "Joey has a very positive outlook on life, and it shines daily. Joey brings balance to his job, making sure everything is completed to the best of his ability but still making time for the residents. Joey is very mindful at taking the time with each resident by checking how there day is going or just being an ear to listen. Joey has a strong self motivation and is willing to learn new things to expand his skill set. Joey is highly dependable and is aways ready to tackle challenging. Joey shows ownership and accountability in his role and responsibilities," shared Environmental Services Director Sara Taylor.

Joey responded, "I enjoy working at Dove Healthcare because it provides a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and employees alike. I feel appreciation in everyone coming together to support the residents in the ways they know how. For me, Dove Healthcare allows me to connect to and help residents on a more personal level, and I'm honored to help such strong people."

Congratulations to Haley, CNA, our October 2025 Employee of the Month! "Haley has been a breath of fresh air. She joined our team with extensive experience. She is always willing to help and is a great advocate for the residents and their families. Her greatest strength is her abundance of knowledge regarding her role as a CNA. She is very attentive to the residents and their care needs. Congratulations, Haley," shared Director of Nursing Ashley Spaeth.

Haley responded, "I enjoy being a CNA here because Dove Healthcare has the highest of standards of care when it comes to their residents. Congratulations to Briana, our September 2025 Employee of the Month! "Briana started at Dove Healthcare in housekeeping every other weekend and when the opportunity to cross train to laundry came available, she had no hesitations. Briana is a very ambitious, responsible employee willing to pick up hours when she is needed in either department. Briana goes above and beyond expectations, paying close attention to details in both roles. Congratulations Briana," shared Nutritional and Environmental Services Director Sara Taylor.

Briana responded, "I love working at Dove Healthcare because laundry and housekeeping are more than just a job to me; it's a way to care for others. I take pride in every room I clean and every load of laundry I do, knowing it can help our residents feel clean and cared for. I am thankful to be apart of this team. We are happy to announce Evan Hong’s HomeGROWN promotion to regional director of marketing and communications! Evan joined our Dove Healthcare team as marketing and social media specialist in April 2024 and has proven to be a tremendous asset, always striving and working hard to learn, grow, and deliver quality results.

Evan shared, "I am excited for the opportunity to lead the department in my new role! I will strive to promote strong communication, develop valuable community relationships, and carry on our mission to provide compassionate care and service to meet the needs of those who depend on us."

Dove Healthcare has experienced great success over the years with our HomeGROWN approach: recognizing passion, dedication, and capabilities in team members and then supporting them with growth as opportunity arises.

Evan grew up in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota and is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and cheering on his beloved Vikings and Timberwolves. He currently lives in Eau Claire with his wife, Sophie, and they have a baby boy on the way, due in November!
