Have you ever wondered WHY it's called "common sense"? It's not just "old wives' tales" or folklore...it's ACTUALLY something with its own scientific theory: Occam's Razor, which states the simplest explanation is usually the correct one. Yet, we continue to chase the convoluted & contemporary theories! Maybe, should be practiced a little more "commonly" than on just one day. And while you're at it, MAYBE you could rethink the therapeutic powers of aromatherapy – which have been used for MILLENNIA – as something more than some "mumbo jumbo!"

Several television shows over the years, have featured "sci-fi adjacent" themes and plot lines. From "Time Tunnel" and "Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea" to "Heroes" and "Timeless," these themes fascinate. But, two notable series among this genre – "Warehouse 13" and "The Librarians" – in separate and different ways, each built mesmerizing stories based in the "here and now" involving mystical (and natural) objects and incidents related to the meridians running along the earth's magnetic fields...otherwise known as "ley lines." We opened the door to this discussion of the scientifically proven, invisible, energy pathways, last November, in a blog post. There's an interesting history behind ...with origins dating back to 1916! Began by confectioners, it started as . However, after a Presidential plea during WWI sugar rationing, it was discontinued – but not for long! In 1921, a group resurrected it, with a new name & focus: taking a day to spread "sweetness" to those less fortunate. So, this begs the question, shouldn't this be something we do EVERY day???
