Appointment Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I understand that unexpected things happen—late cancellations due to illness or emergency will always be taken into consideration.
If a late cancellation happens a second time, a fee of 50% of the session will apply.
Any additional late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session amount.
Thank you for respecting my time as a small business owner and for giving me the opportunity to offer that time to another client if you're unable to make your appointment.
