Starting January 1, 2026, chiropractic care will no longer be covered for adults over age 21 with Medicaid or MNCare plans (including Blue Plus, and others). This change will impact over 20,000 Minnesotans who rely on chiropractic care to stay healthy and active.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services is accepting public comments — but only until October 17, 2025.
