As we move through life, pieces of our energy can become scattered and are shaped by stress, transitions, old patterns, and unspoken emotions.

This 8-week journey is an invitation to gently gather those pieces

From Root to Crown weaves together chakra wisdom, energy healing practices, and the archetypal language of the Tarot to support deep personal transformation. A powerful Afternoon of Learning, Grounding, and Community Healing.

You are invited to a deeply restorative and empowering afternoon this Sunday. Take the opportunity to learn practical energy healing tools and receive a nourishing group healing session.

Whether you are new to energy work or an experienced practitioner, this community circle will support you in grounding, clearing, and realigning your energy for the week ahead.

Part 1: Energy Techniques Class

In tomorrow's class, Erin will be teaching about the many layers of the Subtle Body. We will begin to learn about:

We are excited to share a special story this week. One that beautifully reflects the heart of Tai Chi as both a practice and a way of living.

Meet Nick...

Nick grew up in Maryland with his father’s Tai Chi and Kung Fu school quite literally in the backyard. With Tai Chi woven into daily life from the very beginning, he developed an early understanding that balance isn’t just something we practice. It is something we live.

Nick began teaching in his teens, gaining years of hands-on experience that helped him refine his own warm, grounded teaching style. Later, he and his wife, Erin, moved west and opened Balance and Harmony Healing Arts Center, which they lovingly ran for seventeen years.

Eventually, their vision expanded into a dream of homesteading. To creating a place where Tai Chi philosophy could be expressed through everyday living. Activities like gardening, preparing food, shoveling snow, and stacking firewood naturally became meditative, steady, and embodied. The principles of relaxation, presence, and mindful, effortless effort took on new depth.

This lifestyle now allows Nick to explore Tai Chi far beyond formal practice. It showed him what it truly means to bring the art into the rhythms of daily life, discovering balance in every movement and every breath.
