Dr. Lori Monaco Dr. Lori Monaco is the CEO of Align Well Enterprises and Align Wellness Center located in beautiful eastern TN. Lori is an author, writer, and blogger.

She is a Chiropractor, Emotional/Mental Abuse Recovery Coach, Mindfulness Teacher & Workshop Facilitator, Speaker, and Author. Dr. Lori Monaco is the founder and CEO of Align Yourself Inc. She is a Narcissistic/Toxic Relationship Abuse Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Workshop Facilitator, and a Chiropractic Physician. Lori earned her professional doctorate from Sherman College and her coaching certification from The Institute of Heart Math. She was a post-secondary human health science teacher for almost two decades. She is a member of multiple women’s organizations, and a board member of the non-profit organization Journal of Hope. Known as the Badass Buddha, she is a Disruptor, Unapologetically Courageous, Spiritually Grounded, Magically Orgasmic, and Beyond Authentic. She is a Warrior, stepping into her greatness in middle age by evicting three decades of depression, low self-worth, people-pleasing, and playing small. A former narcissist and asshole super attractor, Lori now teaches other women how to be the Warrior in their own lives. The creator of “The 7 Core Pillars of Self” she teaches people to align with the seven elements of self: mental, emotional, physical, physiological, social, spiritual, and financial, bringing individuals to live their most authentic lives with better health, wealth, love, satisfaction, inner peace, harmony, and Badass spirit. Her programs include Warrior Group and VIP Coaching, and Warrior Mindfulness Workshops for educators, professionals, healthcare workers, corporate, and laypeople (online and in-person). She is the co-host of the show “Viva Café con Leche”. She lectures throughout the country and coaches remotely connecting with clients around the world. It took a lot for me to post this.
Humility is very important to me and I struggle with deciding if posting something like this is showing off to feed the ego or to just honor self for a job well done. I’m leaning towards the latter. ☺️

I had too many friends tell me that it was important for me and my business to share this.
And I appreciate them for encouraging me to do so. ❤️🙏🏼

So here it is…

I’m truly honored that the TN Chiropractic Association wrote this article in their publication.

I’m grateful to them for giving the group much needed supplies to help us do our job. 🙏🏼

I’m so appreciative of Gayle McCann, LMT for letting us use her massage tables. 🙏🏼

I’m extremely grateful for all the volunteers that put in hours of their time for no other reason than to help their community. 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️

It was my honor to meet them and work beside them. 🙏🏼❤️

Our volunteers consisted of Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, and Mental Health Professionals.

TN is known as “The Volunteer State”, and I have no doubt it to be true.
And I’m proud to be a part of it. 😌

My Story

I am a Life Coach, Speaker, and Holistic Doctor specializing in Transformation and Mindfulness. I teach people to Align with their Authentic Selves by focusing on the “5 Core Principles of Life” which are Mental, Emotional, Physical, Physiological and Being. I teach these concepts through individual and group coaching sessions, workshops, and speaking engagements.

My teaching and coaching curriculum was created from my own personal transformation which occurred in 2015 following a suicide-level depressive episode. It was then that I decided that if I could help myself overcome my own challenges and create a new me...a better, stronger me...I could teach people to do the same. We are only limited by our own beliefs. If you believe you are not worth it, the universe will oblige you and allow your life to unfold as such. I had that belief for most of my life which lead to years of depression and self-sabotaging behaviors. Sometimes we must hit rock bottom before we finally wake up to our greatness and realize we can be and do so much more. Some figure this out early in life, but for others, like me, it comes much later...mid forties to be exact...but age means nothing when we are talking about living your life as you deserve to live it. It’s never too late...nor too soon...to become the person you were always meant to be. It’s never too late...nor too soon...to transform your life, find your bliss and be happy every single day. Transformation is a life long process...but I promise you...it’s one really awesome journey! :)
