Perfectly Imperfect Therapy

Therapy can be one of the most challenging journeys that a person decides to go on. The journey of self-exploration, from past to present, to sit with someone who will be asking the hard questions and hold space in the darkest moments, as well as laugh despite the tears. Therapy is not at all easy! And often, the clients I work with, despite the pain, the sadness, the hurt. They often find parts of themselves they never knew about, they find strength they did not know they had, and most importantly they find themselves and their truths! I am the therapist who is kind, yet straightforward. I am calm, but I will challenge. I hear your goals, you lay out the direction you want to take, and I walk alongside you throughout the session and sometimes in between. Your goals are my goals. We work together to get you where you want to be.
