We’re excited to share that our new Sharp Rees-Stealy Kearny Mesa medical center will open February 16, 2026, at 8975 Balboa Avenue in San Diego.

The new facility brings most of the care you need together in one place, including primary, specialty and pediatric care, as well as lab, advanced imaging, pharmacy and rehabilitation services.

The Kearny Mesa location will replace three existing Sharp Rees-Stealy sites — Genesee, Mira Mesa and Murphy Canyon — which will permanently close when the new center opens.

COMING SOON: The new Sharp Rees-Stealy Chula Vista!

Opening January 26, 2026 at 480 H St. in Chula Vista, this state-of-the-art medical center is designed to better serve our patients and the South Bay community.

The 75,000-square-foot facility will replace the existing Sharp Rees-Stealy locations at 525 Third Ave. and 344 F St. in Chula Vista and enhance access to primary, urgent, specialty and rehabilitation care.
