Dear Reader, do you remember having that level of confidence?

Most of us felt unstoppable at four years old and could convince the adults to give us whatever we wanted 🤣

We had demands and they were going to be met by whatever creative means necessary ‼️

As we grew into adults we faced rejection, failure, embarrassment, and people telling us we “can’t do it because that doesn’t sound reasonable”

Many of us listen to this negativity in our minds for far to long. My good friend W***y calls it the “itty bitty committee” living up in our brain.

90% of all this negativity we’ve been fed and sometimes believe are REAL LIES that you must REALIZE you can see with your REAL EYES 👀

If you are AWARE you can now MAKE A CHANGE ‼️

NOW GO GET THAT SUPERHERO SHIRT OUT AND MAKE IT HAPPEN 🫡 💯

Why do so many people go to the gym five days a week but don’t make any visible or measurable progress??

This morning .martinez.619 announced that he is down ⬇️ 29lbs of body fat since August 2024 training with me only twice a week for 60 minutes in our early morning Men’s group!

The cold, hard truth is………

He achieved a lot more than that!

⭐️ Pull-ups went from zero 0️⃣ to seven 7️⃣ reps!
⭐️ Pushups from 10 reps on an injured shoulder to multiple sets of 20 with healthy shoulders!
⭐️ Core and abs are stronger and in better condition!
⭐️ Better lower body balance, strength, power!
⭐️ Overall more mobile, durable, and athletic

The even deeper truth is sometimes…….

He misses sessions due to the flu 🤧 or early morning work meetings but he follows the exact meal plan I gave him.

The connection we build with our clients at is second to none because we know the balance between tough love, accountability, technical instruction and empathic support 🫂

culture is not just a training program…..many gyms offer a type of fitness or exercise program in a class, small group, or 1 on 1 format!

The real culture here is in CONNECTION!

Through connection, I better understood all of the struggles .lopezrod faces as an 18 year old coming to me at 398.9lbs 6 months ago (now 339.3lbs 🙌).

Through that connection, a GREAT COACH CHANGES LIVES!

Through connection, people believe more in themselves and commit more to the program you as there Trainer or Coach lays out for them.

Sebastian trains strength, conditioning, mobility, agility and power because of the transformative effects it has on his muscles AND CONFIDENCE!

Losing body fat, looking better, feeling better about HIMSELF, and PERFORMING BETTER!
